Just completed a summer season for a 16 yr old team. We had a group that truly liked to play the game, and practice the game... that made it enjoyable right there.
We had a dynamite catcher that actually allowed us to play "up" and compete and win games.
When the season ended last night I truly got the feeling that every guy on the team was glad they invested themselves into the venture.
That's two years in a row this nucleus of guys have been great to work with... (I have had a few summers where the feelings were not so glowing ... trust me)
After about 3 days off, i am sure I will miss these guys.
