I'm sure this topic has been discussed before, but still being somewhat new to the forum, was curious to read that Rushville is scheduled to play BPC in Peoria today (Sunday). I'm assuming this may be part of a tournament perhaps. Is this permissable by IHSA to play regular season games on Sundays? I know for post season it's not...at least according to their website.
I'm sure it's a debateable topic...but from my standpoint, as long as such make up games don't start any earlier than 1 p.m. and neither team must travel too far, perhaps...I'm thinking it's a reasonable accomodation especially during wet/cold springs such as this. Nothing is more frustrating than getting rained/colded out all week, then sit around and let a beautiful Sunday afternoon pass by. What's everyone else think?
