What a game! Both teams sold out on the field and gave it everything they had. I thought it was one of the best , most hard fought SB's I have ever seen. Great game. Congrats to the G-Men they won this game with alot of heart and team work.
I thought it was a very exciting game with the lead trading several times, and I enjoyed seeing big bro cheering for little bro. I'm guessing it's not likely to happen again that two brothers win the big game in successive years!
But I join you in bidding a happy farewell to football season, and HOORAYYYY for the start of baseball season!!!
I loved the game and got frustrated in my own house several times when people were talking too much and too loud for me to concentrate on the game (they were NOT discussing the game ...).
Besides seeing the happiness on Peyton's face when the Giants won, I loved the time early in the game when the cameras went to Peyton and you could see him gesturing for Eli to move it along, move faster, etc. I wonder how many, if any, suggestions Peyton offers Eli in the course of a season (probably too busy concentrating on his own games, huh?).
Most everybody in our house was cheering for the Giants and the three dogs that were sleeping ... well, they were rudely awakened when Tyree made his remarkable catch as a resounding YEH !!! went up in the family room.
I loved the two brothers hugging in the locker room. I can only imagine the competition in the Manning house when the boys were growing up. As a younger sister, I am delighted that the younger brother did what the older brother did--only sooner!
