Congrats to all the young men, but especially these guys

C Monk Kreder, Keller, Sr.

The TCU signee led the Indians with a .403 batting average and had 27 hits and 24 RBI. He struck out only eight times in 67 at-bats and had a .607 on-base percentage. He also had a .977 fielding percentage


OF Brett Medlin, Keller, Sr.

The TCU signee had a .375 average and 36 hits, including a 21-game hitting streak. He finished tied for first among area 5A players in runs (38) and had a .933 fielding percentage with two errors in 29 games.


OF Brian Elliott, Pantego Christian, Sr.

When the left-hander wasn't pitching, he was hitting, leading area private school players with 52 hits to earn a .477 batting average.
Congrats to the Keller guys , Monk and Brett who I have had the pleasure of watching these past 2 years via our games (Marcus vs Keller) and this summer via the Mustang/Marshal match-ups, 2 nice, talented young men that have bright futures ahead of them.....
