Surprised soriano stayed in WSH?

I am shocked.Now all they will get is a few draft picks instead of some quality,Minor league prospects.

The only way I can see them retaining him is if he takes a hometown discount,and if they resign him before the season ends.If he gets out into FA,they wont hold a candle to what NYY,BOS,LAA,BAL could offer.

I think he might go in the 5/70 million range.

but they will lose him for exactly that,nothing

theres no way some HS or college kid is better then a AA prospect some teams were willing to offer

yeah kinda suprised, the nats arent goin anywhere this year, they should have sold when they could of got something. I guess there is a chance he could resign thith washington, he has already made it public that he likes it their, so maybe he will take a little cut to stay.

how exactly do trades go through now, i know since the deadline has past players have to go through waivers. how exactly does that work?
