Strike 3 those are your composite choices for this upcoming season if you are talking about high school, not your only choices unless the state you play in has decided to go to BBCOR for 2010/2011.

I believe you could still use a bat that has a composite handle for 2011 season. Players could still use a bat from last season or buy a bat that is not on the list you provided as long as it does not have a composite barrel. I may be wrong but that is how I read all of this.
Composite handles are OK. I am just saying these seem to be the to hottest choices with aluminum barrels. The Voodoo is the most proven and the SV 12 is, well easton's hottest and was used by several colleges. Most Demarini schools prefered the VooDoo to the CF# or 4 any way. For me the other choices are lower priced youth league bats . I am sure though someone would like to talk about Anderson or Combat. As far as all composite. Any all composite that passed the exit speed test just wasn't very hot to begin with. As with the CF4. Knowing the next test is "rolling " until it fails or breaks I can't see any use for those composites at a higher price. The Voo Doo seems like a no brainer but i would like to know more about the SV from someone with knowledge of both.
