Switch Hitting Drills

Well the most obvious things you could do is to get a tee and just hit of that. Tee work is the best for learning mechanics and not teaching bad habits if used correctly. Something else would be to get a friend/guardian to just soft toss to you and that would also help after using the tee to get started off.

We have a young man that has learned to switch hit. Not to advertise for a fellow member of this site, but we purchased the Hands Back Hitter to enable him to work on mirroring his swing in a manner that produced feedback while also enabling him to move at his own pace.
