Hi guys so this summer ive been hitting with a friend on a field... Anyways he's about 4 inches taller than me but is very skinny.. When we workout, I out lift him in just about everything....

So its a bit disapointing when we hit and he has a bit more power than me...

Is there anything I should focus on the most when working out because I want more bat speed/power...

If you want to swing faster then swing faster.  Same works with running.  Look into overload/underload training with your bat.  The basic premise is take some full velocity swings, concentrating on swinging as fast as you can, and then shut down before you loose form and rest completely before doing another set. Plyometrics for the bat if you will.  Some explosive lifting, or explosive medicine ball throws (and twists) will help but you still need to swing the bat fast.  You can do some reps with a slightly heavier and slightly lighter bat so that you develop muscle memory of swinging faster than normal.  After which you take batting practice.  Over time you should notice an increase in bat speed. Quick side tossing can also help quicken a swing (protecting the boys from impact).  Do some reasearch

Your friend isn't out hitting you because he's taller. You won't necessarily out hit him because you're stronger. It's about mechanics and bat speed. All things equal your friend should bulk up some and out hit you. But that's before we consider mechanics, athletic ability and work ethic which are never equal. You should only concern yourself with how you can make yourself the best hitter you can be.

Great combination of replies here... hope you take something from each. As far as conditioning, core work (particularly rotational), general strength and conditioning and flexibility, like yoga can help you maximize your potential.  But as RJM pointed out, you also need proper mechanics to do so.  I really like sowilsons suggestion but again, you need to be taking these reps with proper mechanics.
