[QUOTE] Team one is the better of the two/QUOTE]

This is a rather unfair blanket statement. Better as to what?
The success of the showcase experience, regardless of the company that puts it on, is dependant upon the players and schools attending being the proper fit. There are often a bunch of kids at "elite" events that are throwing money away because their talents don't fit the audience.
From what I've seen, Brian Rupe does a fine job of matching the caliber of players to the schools that attend his events.
Since my son only attended Midwest Prospects I can only give an opinion on that experience.

He went when he was 16 the first time, filling in for a pitcher who'd gotten hurt. He was shakey, nervous and out of his comfort zone. It made him even more determined to find a way to a college field. He did fair, but the showcase showed him that there's a real world out there. Showcase was run excellent.

Last summer he attended...and had really good outings, coupled with the attendance of college coaches and the efficiency of a well run showcase.

Worth the $$$....it was a tool ....as each of these showcases are tools, we were invited to Team One...scheduling conflicted with other commitments.
