I was just stating I thought he had good mechanics to have been out the game so long. Given all the other intangible things like age, being able to compete with the guys in MLB consistently and handling different pitches I think it's going to be a long shot but big props for going for it. If you never fall down you want never know how it feel to get up.
Tebow is headed to the Arizona Fall League. I believe that is AA and AAA level competition.

I heard that before and I had a very hard time believing it. AZ Fall League is stacked with elite players. It's not going to be easy to do well there. But it's true!

Welp, I guess the Mets decided to a) help the league sell some tickets and b) give Tebow a chance to sink or swim right now.
Sounds like they aren't going to waste much time. Sink or swim is right.
Could he possibly do well out there? That is almost like throwing him to the wolves, before he even gets started. If somehow he does well in that league, you have to think he might be for real. Hard to expect that though.
Hitting .500 in your last 2 games deserves a call up to the AZ fall league. He only went 0-3, but he did heal a guy who had a seizure. You won't see that in the stats.

Heal? Is that a typo?
Maybe Tebow is the second coming. But I doubt it's as a baseball player.

It's under the attendance stats. Look for HBTT. Yesterday's game lists 1/1 .
From what i see, 6 guys on the Scorp team were o'fer, including Scott Kingery who was 0 for 5 and Aramis Garcia, who was 0 for 3 with 3 kos. And NONE of those guys healed and epileptic after the game.
Yeah, that HBTT put me over the top in my Arizona Fall Fantasy League.

"intangibles" check!
It's that 7th tool.
Tebow - great play in
the Arizona fall league
Apparently the wall does not hit as hard as some football players:

Wouldn't it be the first coming?
Lucky guy.
I dont know of any pro ball player who could leave one job (that he is not doing very well at) on a Friday and go do another job on Saturday and then turn around the next to go back and do the job again that you arent very good at, while pushing your new book all at the same time. Is that giving it your all your best effort.
The only thing that proves is that this opportunity was given to him because of who he is, it wouldn't apply to the average joe.
Inspiring for him yes, realistic for others no.
Can't blame anyone for exploiting the opportunities that come their way. I wish him the best.

Thats great for him, what about those that are much better and dont get that opportunity and so much more deserving?
Whats really is the whole point in all of this? AZFL used to be the place teams showcases their biggest stars.
Maybe the Mets had no one else to send?
Go Tigers!!!!
