Hit It Here,

If you have enabled (or turned on) "Notifications" for your private messages (PMs), our forum software will automatically e-mail you a notice to let you know that someone has posted a private message (PM) for you. The e-mail that comes to you is not really the private message. It's just a notification that includes a link you are supposed to click to open up the "thread" containing the private message. The PM thread works just like this thread that you, Coach May, JSParak, and now I posted in - you can read the other person's post in the thread, and click Reply to post a response to them in that thread. But if you accidentally REPLY to the notification email, instead of clicking the PM link in that email, your reply will be emails back to the administrative address.

You can also check to see if you have any PMs or if another member has replied in a PM thread, by clicking on the green Go button above, then Personal Zone, then Private Messaging.

I hope that helps a little...

Julie
