The TSL has developed a fall All Star Series to provide the top athletes with an opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of college coaches. Teams willl be selected from players located in the Houston, Austin and DFW areas. All Star games will be played at multiple venues on weekends this fall. Teams will be coached by former major league players (i.e. Mark McLemore, Cedrick Harris etc.) and club head coaches from the area. The series will start late September and conclude in October.

The DFW tryout will be held at Haltom High School on Wednesday August 11th @ 6:00 PM.

To register for a tryout, please go to www.tslbaseball.com and navigate to the link for All Star Tryout. Click on the link for the location nearest you: Houston, Austin or DFW. Should you have any questions please contact Ed Aguiar, TSL President at aguiared@yahoo.com.

1) They are definitely not league games. We are fortunate enough to have access to several college venues.

2) There isn't any other TSL teams playing at these venues. However, there are a few Tx teams traveling north for some Sunday DH's.

3) The TSL has not ventured in Oklahoma. However, I do believe the Travelers participated in a few TSL events this past summer.

4) The venues allow my Blacksox teams to play in DFW and OKC during the fall.

5) Haltom, you must be pretty bored to be surfing the TSL website. Wink
