August 1st is the date when college coaches cant text student athletes. Because the text message bill is getting too high. What are people's thoughts of this topic. P.S. I bet KD had to get a big text package for his son.

NCAA received enough requests to review this in their next meeting. It may not go through - who knows. Same thing is up on the 33% rule for players receivivng $.

I also thought this was for Aug 2008 - not Aug 2007?
