First let me say. This is a site with a bunch of dedicated people. I compliment you all.
How do you distinguish him from the pack? His arm is weak that is why I tried weights.
I know long throwing is good. What else can I do besides tubing. I read someone mentioning running for conditioning. I am trying to do two things, get him to throw better from any position and get him to be better hitter. Even some younger kids throw harder. I am trying to improve his arm.
Any Ideas.
