I have the program video tape, the advancements video, all the balls, and equipment necessary to do the program. I used this program about 3 years ago and it worked wonders for me. Now I really have no use for it anymore so looking to sell everything, I just don't see any point in having all this great information lying around the house. I dont want this to turn into a big debate about the program just PM me if your interested. I bought all of my equipment including the medicine ball, all weighted balls, and resistance tubing from oatesspecialties.com which is the place Ron recommends. The videos plus the equipment is a $400 value. It won't cost you that much from me.
