Any updated information about their program, etc. A history search of HSBBWS shows alot of good things posted in 2006-08. I'm clear on the "old south" military school scenario, really looking for updates on the baseball program and any academic insights. Anything more current would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Fred Jordan is a very good coach and does a great job of targeted recruiting in spite of the difficulties that can come with convincing kids to come to a more structured military environment. The facility is first-rate, shared with the minor league team, and the Bulldogs are always very competitive in a solid Southern Conference. They also have a fair share of drafted players. It's in downtown Charleston, which is a great location. But you have to be sure you want the military environment. I've known a few players who loved the baseball program but weren't as sold on the school.
