Study real hard and clean up his room. Smile

I believe that is also different for pitchers. Look at Leo Mazzone's book. He was the pitching coach when Atlanta had Smoltz, Maddox, Glavine, etc. They all had a different routine.

Don't forget the day of pitching. Many like to run or even lift weights that day to get a longer recovery time from the exercise before the next start or appearance.
really varies on the pitcher, everyone has their own workout. Assuming you are talking about the day after throwing a lot of pitches (70+), I usually like to do some long distance running. Usually up to 20 mins, and then after that I will have a light toss about 60 feet just to loosen up my arm. Once I'm done with that ill beat the **** out of my body int he weight room doing heavy legs, heavy core, and a light upper body. Finally I finish with a nice long stretch. I feel this workout allows me to loosen up my arm by throwing and running so it isn't so sore, and then lifting heavy helps me maintain my strength and gives me enough time to recover before my next start. If you want to see my own workout in between starts go here
