How can there be eight (8) new, unranked, teams in the Sunshinestate Baseball Poll? What happened to the eight (8) teams they replaced?

If you look at the State Sportwriters Poll and then look at the other poll, it looks as though it was cut and paste.

Take Oviedo for instance, they were never ranked, now they are. What did they do to become ranked? Their record is 10 - 3. Look at Miami Gulliver Prep, never ranked before and they have a record of 9 - 4. How did they pass over shcools that have been ranked, in fact moved up in 2 of the polls, since the first poll came out. Yet those schools are no longer ranked, and they have better records.
