Bear, I think that was Ben Franklin's comments on the Constitution of the US. He also went on to say:
"Much of the strength and efficiency of any Government in procuring and securing happiness to the people, depends, on opinion, on the general opinion of the goodness of the Government, as well as well as of the wisdom and integrity of its Governors."
If we think abourt it, that parallels the HSBBW's philosophy in my opinion. The goodness of the posters and the moderators is what makes the HSBBW special. Baseball has a way of bringing out the best in people!
