I have a long way to go if I want to play college ball, so ive been looking at this every day near a mirror with a bat! enjoy

I totall disagree, the level swing only works when your the size of pujols or around there. As for the bonds video, there is know way in hell he swings level. His swing has an upward motion in it and this is what causes his balls to fly. The upward swing is meeting the direct path of the ball therefor causing the best collision with the most horse power. The reason it looks like a downward motion is because of the video angle. if this was takin from infront such as center field you would she the direct upward plain in his swing. heres the proof ....http://www.youtube.com/watch? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAzng64KElwv=W_vAMPXOyRE
