Hello everyone. Im a sophomore in HS and a C trying to win the job for back up C on big V this year. One of my weaknesses if my arm. ive been going crazy lately trying to fix things and they dont seem to work for me-- i know im still doing something wrong.

if your ARM hurts right above your elbow on the other side of the arm its b/c of the windmill motion right? i had that all last year and am trying to get rid of the terrible, bad habit. im trying to master the power position. when i load back pivot on back foot and throw, when my arm comes around shouldnt it be alike a SIDEWAYS L??? like putting your arm straight out and raising it at the elbow straight up. i thinkt thats right along with pivoting and tucking my left arm. but i find it so hard to do for some reason and it feels like i cant get ANYTHING on it. then i go back to my old habits..

any drills for having your body remember the power position? anything would be appreciaed ive just about gone nuts this off season not feeling that i have cured my problems Frown
