A little levity for those in the thick of junior year.  I really tried to get this into the song format, but couldn't make it work.  Nevertheless, this is (about) how the past few months have gone for my 2019 (give or take a few of these numbers). If anyone can make it better or add to it, please have at it.

Wishing all HSBBW members a wonderful holiday season and a brilliantly happy, healthy New Year, with a lot of great baseball.  Thank you for all of your wisdom, advice and willingness to share.  It means a lot.  Midwest Mom

Only twelve dozen emails??  Lol.  Very clever MWM!  And right back at you with the well wishes!!

Hey, on another note (pun intended), for all you parents out there who are constantly wondering about WHEN is it time to make Jr. a PO?

Save yourself the annual $375 on a new bat for Christmas and do it NOW!!!!

....that might save you for a year or two, but your son won't be happy when they hand them out for free in college and he doesn't get one lol.  Son has a shot at DH'ing next spring depending on how the winter goes.  Not sure if he really wanted to DH or if he was just unhappy not having gotten a new bat last year for the first time since he was 3 years old
