Did our VP state "Must be Global Warming"?

This is why I when people say "It's related to global warming!". Not to be overly political here, but all of these things occur naturally. The Earth's tectonic plates MOVE and always have moved. (One day they won't, but lets ignore that). This is what causes earthquakes.

Hurricanes are caused by a series of weather conditions. While these conditions occur more frequently due to global warming, there is little (if any) scientific proof. Man-made and natural global warming definitely exist, and science has proven this time and time again. It's unclear how much of this is our fault and how much of it is natural.

But I've digressed. Until science proves otherwise, hurricanes, hail storms, earthquakes, and other natural disasters have causes independent of global warming.
