New app coming from Dr. Andrews aimed at managing young pitchers' workloads, pitch counts, and rest. I have a feeling youth coaches might be seeing a lot of this moving forward.

I can't see many coaches using that. But it could come in handy for kids and parents of kids who pitch for more than one team during the same season.
I don't know if coaches will use it or not, having a "manage staff" function might be pretty cool for a youth coach actually. But my comment was referring to parents waving the app in coaches' faces. "Johnny is at 82 pitches... it says he can only throw 80 today! Stop the game!!"
