As an outfielder, What should I do to put my arm in the best position to throw with maximum velocity as far as warming up goes. Should I not throw more than about 120 feet to keep my arm fresh? Or should I do more of a long toss routine to get myself really warmed up? Will this tire my arm out? This is something i've always had trouble with because it isn't like getting ready for a game. Its getting ready to make 5 throws in a row at maximum velocity.

Proud Dad 24 usually in fact almost at every showcase or work out the first thing the players are going to do is run the 60. So make sure you take plenty of time to properly prepare to run your best time. Dynamic stretching is a great way to prepare you can google it and get some great information if your not familiar with it. Make sure you are loose and prepared to run. Of course the most important preparation for running the 60 is the work done before you arrive in proper training. Proper running form, start, finish, etc.
