I just purchased the driveline pitching kit and it came with a 16 week throwing program. Should i use it or do the jager long toss program i have 8 months and i want to get from 70 to 80 Mph. If i have 8 months could i extend each phase like shown below

On Ramp Phase 4 Weeks - 6 Weeks

Velocity Phase 8 Weeks- 19 Weeks(Including 3 Deload Weeks)

Competiton Phase 4 Weeks - 5 Weeks
