DDshortstop27,

TG's recommendations are great. My sons do both. My 2008 will go D1 and he has been following Jaeger's program and throws year-round 5x week. Even in Winter. (Find an indoor facility or throw into a net in your house.)

The offseason is a great time to train. Ploymetrics, lifting, core work, mechanical training (for pitchers), etc. Work harder than anyone else.
