Timing Play?

Situation: Bases loaded, one out. Batter-runner his a sharp ground ball to the F-3 who steps on 1st for the 2nd out. F-3 throws the ball to F-4 who tags the runner going to 2nd base.

Question: Is this a timing play regarding the runner scoring from third. Since the 2nd out was a force, and the 3rd out was a tag play, I would think that if the runner crossed the plate before the 3rd out the run should count.
