Frequent visitor on this site for a few years, but rarely post. I am a 2015 LHP, and I recently underwent the Tommy John procedure. Yes, I know a blog has been created for this before. But to my knowledge, there have been none created recently and I thought it might be worthwhile sharing my experience with the recovery as a high school athlete. Without a senior basketball or baseball season, the blog, aside from sharing my experience, is a way for me to keep my focus on track and hopefully help others- even if it is just a few- learn about the process!

Kyle I am sorry to hear this as well. Hope that the surgery was a success and you will be back to 100% by next spring.
