In a couple of hours I am off to Florida to see my oldest son play college baseball. Some of you may be surprised to hear that, even though he graduated HS in 2004, this will be the first time I will see him play in a college game. My wife was lucky and got to see him play one inning in April 2005. After that the problems inherent in picking the wrong school for baseball reasons kicked in and the rest is history. But now, finally...

I've had a huge smile on my face all week. Cool
I'm not out of order! You're out of order! The whole freakin' system is out of order! You want the truth? You want the truth?! You can't HANDLE the truth!

Holden,

Congrats, I am so excited for you. You are just going to miss Joe's team - their last game in Port Charlotte is today and they return tomorrow. John is there watching but I stayed home (Joe redshirting and I have too much work to do).

Very best wishes to Greg!!!

"I want reports?! I can HANDLE reports!" In other words, I want to hear all about the games when you get a chance! Big Grin

Unfortunately, I'm back. Home, that is. What a blast! The team didn't do so well but it was still a lot of fun to watch. Son did well in first four games, hit .333 and walked four times (three in one game--looked at 17 straight pitches). Last day...not so good.

All in all, I can't wait until next year! Oh yeah, I almost forgot. There's a whole season to go up here too, not to mention HS starting on Monday.
