Very well attended by college scouts last year. Well run. A bit smaller than Select Fest which was the same week. If your a pitcher, its hard to do both.
Good showcase
Has anybody heard anything good or bad about this showcase in recent years?
For what it’s worth here’s last year’s information. My son did it in ‘09 and ‘10.
My son attended last year... standard showcase. Day 1 = metrics. Day 2 = game play. Kids mostly from PA, NJ, Delaware, etc. College coaches from farther away than that, and a nice mix of levels, from mid-major D1 to HA D3 to not-so-HA D3. Lots of coaches, between 75-100. IMHO, one of the best value (bang for your buck) showcases on the East Coast. Since there are tons of colleges in the area, also, it's a great opportunity to tour a bunch unofficially.
