Here are a number of threads (some are better than others) from the HSSBW regarding Top Guns some for Vegas. I would read them and perhaps PM some of the people who attended to get some views...Should be able to get some good info on the goods and the challenges...I would look for both...Make an informed choice...

My son got their letter today. Considering it, but it's during his travel season. I would recommend to you that instead of this Top Gun event try to get into the Stanford camp. I think it's a 5-day camp around July 4th with tons of West Coast scouts. I believe the cost is about the same. Try the Stanford website. I've heard it's hard to get into, so call them or e-mail them and tell them you are a quality player who's ranked by BBNW.
