Here are the results from the 16U tournament:

Pool A - #1 Seed - TX Raptors 16
Pool B - #1 Seed - D. Redds 16
Pool C - #1 Seed - NorTex 15
Pool D - #1 Seed - Dallas Dragons 16

Semi-Finals:

TX Raptors defeated the D. Redds 8-0
Dallas Dragons defeated NorTex 2-1 (9 innings)

Finals:

TX Raptors defeated the Dallas Dragons 15-3

Congrats to the Texas Raptors!!


On a negative note, no games were played at LaGrave, 18U or 16U. Final games were played at Keller Central HS.

I would like to add a couple of more things about the Top Of The Order tournament. One field was in really bad shape (FTW Christian) and not very fan friendly. Also instead of offering a tournament pass we had to pay every time we walked in a gate.

On the good side there was pretty good competition and in our case played some really good kids and friendly parents. Nice to get out and just play some ball and not hear any arguing between teams, coaches or fans. Thanks from a Dallas Dragon 15U parent.

Titans 16 Ahearn, Raptors 16, Extreme Speed, and Texas Prospects 16, Just thought I would mention them and give them a hand.

The 18s tournament ended with Angels and Blackhawks in the final game on Sunday. Blackhawks won, 11-0.
