Hey I was just wondering if any of you guys have ever had any experience with the Top Velocity strength and throwing programs. They have a pitching program called 3x, a position program called 2x, and a catcher specific program called 2x Sub 2.0 Pop Time. They combine Olympic weight lifting (which I believe in) and a biomechanics aproach to throwing with power. I've done some research but I'm looking to get some opinions of people who have done the program. Thanks in advance for the replies!
