Torn labrum

Just wanted to know how many out there are familiar with this injury and the prognosis...I thought I saw some talk about this injury on here before but couldn't find it..

I just got a Torn Labrum Repair surgery about 2 months ago. Around your rotator cuff there is cartlidge(sp?) around it. When you need this surgery the cartlidge is frayed (such as crab meat.) There is 2 differnt sugerys 1 has about 3 months of therapy and one with 6 months of therapy. Depending on the severeness.
