Have any of you used the Total Control training ball for hitting work? If so, are they effective training tools and would you recommend them? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes these are a good tool that helps the player feel his swing drive through the ball. They are also good because they do not fly far at all. You can let the kids hit before a game next to the field and the balls only go 20 ft.
