Had a ton of emails come through these past few weeks on training arm patterns and sequence patterns not just in pitching but for infielders, outfielders and catchers. The middle school and high school practices have started and throwing progressions are non existent and the instruction of the "L" drill or "Power" position is still in full steam. These drills do not teach proper arm patterns. Also had some questions about which medicine ball exercises are the best for mimicking the throwing pattern.
