Transfer rule is reversed!

I am so glad they reversed the ball in hand transfer rule, going into effect immediately! Now if we can get Congress to recognize something and act in the same year we will be onto something!

Thank goodness! After watching Pedroia's play last night I thought "that rule has to go". For that matter, I was a huge fan of banning collisions at the plate but I think the current scheme really stinks. There's got to be something in between a full on lower-the shoulder take out and what they have now. I'm also missing good old-fashioned arguments with the umpire...
