I'm currently playing ball at a JUCO.I failed a couple of classes with an "F" grade. I wanted to know how much of a role those "F's" play when it comes to transferring to a Division 1 school. If I graduate in 2 years and still have a decent GPA (atleast a 2.0) will I have options, or will those "F's" hold me back?

nyc - I assume you weren't a qualifier coming out of HS, thus you must obtain your degree before transferring. If that's the case, then I would assume you'll have to repeat these classes in order to graduate. I think whether you can get into a DI or not shouldn't be your primary concern right now. Focusing on your current classes and doing the best you can to raise those grades should be number one! The requirements for four year schools can vary greatly depending on the school and your anticipated major.
