I think I might have pushed the lifts a little too hard yesterday at the gym and now my triceps are really sore. I barely did any lifting involving them today because of this, but I'm hoping that by tomorrow they will be alright so I can continue the upper body portion of the day. What are some special exercises that could be done (other than Ben-*** and Epson Salt) that can loosen up the muscles a bit?

Maxx, a lot of my workout is made by me and Jon, so I try not to disclose too much of it with people publically. When I talk about it privately, it gets a lot of funny looks and that doesn't really surpirse me because it is very unorthodox for baseball. Send me a PM and I'll discuss it with you.

As for the lifts (movements) I perform, I practice what I tell others on this site. Oly lifts, deads, squats, overhead movements, UA, and I hit using the MIllion Dollar Hitter system 4 days out of the week.
