Okay I cant believe I did this!!! this is how OCD I am, I went thru every years game log for Ozzie and do not see where he has ever played another position in a game besides Pinch Runner or hitter. I am not a Cards fan, but if this is wrong then tell me what other position he played and when. thanks.

The answer is Dave Kingman 1979.

Kingman hit 48 homers and had 45 walks in 1979, which is just one homer off of this player's total.
