that all sounds great except the fees.sorry just my two cents,good luck and what fields will you use?

Thank you for your input. No choice on the fees, would do it for free if possible. Not trying to be the TCL, so no corporate sponsors. Just trying to provide a service for the players who don't have access to the premier college summer leagues. Fields are TBD. Have access to our coaches' college fields, but we want to have evening double headers, which will require lights.

The DABA, already provides this service, at about a third of the team cost. And, you get to play at historical Reverchon Park.

Great league, wood bat with a 25-30 game season.

But do they offer a fitness membership?

You are a funny guy Ken! I was curious as to why it was taking so long for the negatives to surface. I have no interest in going back and forth with this. These type posts are exactly the reason I had reservations about posting information on this site. I know your resume Ken, and I was quite confident this would garner a response of this nature from you. I will leave it at that. I am aware of DABA and have nothing negative to say about that league. What we are offering, is what it is. I do not know what DABA's fees are, but our's are based exclusively on our budget. I can only assume that the monetary differences between the two leagues is predicated on the coaches we have put in place, and the compensation they will receive. I will end with this: I do not believe that the established and well respected coaches, who have agreed/asked to be a part of this league, would put their name and reputation at stake, to be a part of something that wasn't absolutely legitimate. Bash this if it makes you feel better men, but I wish you the best of luck in your all of your own endeavors. I do not see a need in responding to anything further on this post. As for any players interested in this league, we would love to have you, and for everyone else... All the best. There you go men, hope I gave you enough ammo to keep busy for a while! Now have at it guys! Hope it helps your psyche.

No fitness membership, and the well-wishers, that used to hang out around the fence, at Reverchon , have vanished.

Great league, reasonable for the college kids, that need to have a job, and make a buck for the Summer.
