Johnson, Follbaum (LHP), Saba (serious wheels), Price all solid '08's.
I heard that Casey Johnson left Mesquite HS. Is that correct? If so, which Mesquite school is he attending?
Without specific knowledge, I suspect Casey may be attending Poteet.
Attending Poteet 1st semester but since transfered back to Mesquite. UIL made that decision for him.

The Freshman did pitch and he did very well.
My sophomore looked better than Saturday but left several fastballs up....in the end he gave-up 6 runs but struck out three in one inning.
Overall Coppell looked good, but hitters ruled the day, the score was like 17 - 12.
