Here's the latest info on son's future college...I think things will all work out for them! I'm not a football fan, but we are ready to purchase tickets to games at SMU on Sept. 24, Houston on 10/8, & Rice on 11/12.
How about a few of our websters helping support the team & school by going to see the Wave & the Ponies Sept. 24??

Off the newswires:
"Approximately 80 student-athletes from Tulane University in New Orleans will attend classes and be housed at Texas A&M University, Tulane Athletics Director Rick Dickson announced Tuesday. Tulane's men's basketball, women's volleyball, women's s****r and women's swimming and diving teams will base out of College Station during the fall semester and will "be treated as our own," A&M Director of Athletics Bill Byrne said.

The Green Wave baseball and women’s basketball squads will make their homes in Lubbock, Texas thanks to the hospitality of Texas Tech University, while Conference USA schools Rice and SMU will admit the Tulane men’s and women’s tennis (Rice) and men’s and women’s golf (SMU) programs, respectively. Tulane’s cross country teams will not run this fall."

Just spoke with Coach Kingston.
The entire team has returned as well as the recruits for this year!! Thats good news!!
They start fallball mid Sept.
High praises to the folks at Texas Tech for taking such good care of the Green Wave.
Housing for coaches is being taken care of.
Scott Cowen, Tulane President, has worked out free tuition, room & board for the team!!

A & M, Rice & SMU are likewise "tending" to the athletes down there.
Texas has a big heart!
