Turbo Stats for Palm Pilot

Can anyone give me a quick 1, 2, 3 ... step by step instruction on getting information from the computer to the Palm Pilot and from the Palm Pilot to the computer?

I am not that smart and the instructions that come with it seem to be greek to me.

I am assuming that you have turbo stats installed on your computer. If so you will need to install the program scorekeeper on your palm pilot. It can be purchased from the same web site you purchased turbo stats. Once it is loaded is a simply step to upload the information and to down load info from the palm pilot.

Thanks gimages - I made a huge stride today (mainly because I had to because we had a real game today) because I was able to get my starting lineup from my computer to the palm pilot. I do think I can actually get it working now but thanks for the help anyway.
