I saw your post on another website, where the links were active. I saw both gloves...If you are primarily a pitcher I would stay away from the black and grey model. NFHS rules prohibit white or grey on the pitchers glove.

I would check with umires in your state as to the white in the logo. In PA we were told to disregard white in the Logo unless it was a substantial amount....I would not rule out a glove with as little white as there is in a Rawlings logo.

I agree, check with the local umpiring association or your state athletic association. The Rawlings glove is in technical violation of the rule (NO white or greay on a pitcher's glove). I know some umpires here in greater Chicago who carried a black marker with them to games to corect illegal gloves. The rule is NOT umpire friendly and hopefully it will go away.
