How do these school compare? I know that they both schools are DI, and that they play in different conferences. Is one a stronger program? Is one conference more competive? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Delaware is considered a much stronger academic school as per most rankings(U.S. World News etc). Delaware has a campus in many ways resembles UVA. Baseball Delaware plays in a very competitive CAA conference. They have been middle of the pack the past 5 6 years but have been top 3-4 past two years. Delaware coach known for teaching kids how to hit. UD DSU play each other annually UD I am sure has more wins although DSU has been getting more competitive each year having beaten UD more often the past 3-4 years during mid week games. DSU plays in the MEAC conference. Last year I believe they won the regular season and were upset in Conf Tourney. this year they are leading the Conf again. Both schools have a shot to win Conf Tourney(DSU may be in better position to win their Tourney)
