How do you signal (2015 NFHS Umpires Manual) as the Plate Umpire to indicate that no run have scored? Where is this in the Manual?

Alabama HS uses their own manual; however, it's pretty universal to wave your hands above your head into an 'X' above your head (similar to a football 'time-out' or 'stop the clock' signal) while giving the verbal 'no run scores'
Not sure where you would find it as I have never looked in the NFHS manual.
Thanks ALStripes17, we use the same over the head crossed arms BUT darn if I can find it in the manual!
I would imagine it would be in the same section that tells you to point to the plate if the run DOES score.
Everything is not in the manual.
The location of the restrooms probably isn't in the manual but I bet we can still find them.
There is no official NFHS signal for "run does not score".... a lot of the old "signals" that many see come from the old days of minor league baseball where the home plate umpire had to signal up to the press-box to communicate....
My first umpire instructor was an old minor league umpire from the 50's and he was fond of teaching new umpires to point at the plate to signal a run scored and a hand wipe motion to indicate no run scores....
I believe the only one that still exists is again in pro baseball where the UIC will turn to the press-box and draw a large "P" in the air to designate a game played under protest.....
