Dunno?
I'm liking the GoDaddy
I'm going to stay up 'til 3:00am and watch the test patterns...that might be more entertaining.
The magic fridge was the best this year. Nothing can compare to #56 Ta Ta Ta Terry " The Officer" Tate
A very weak year for commercials in my opinion... spinning refrig, jessica, disney were good - but not up to the usual standard...
08 dad very true
guess what i get to do in business this week?
I get to review and breakdown all the commericals. yipee better than book work.

Mick and the boys will retire when they no longer sell out their tours and that doesn't seem to be about to happen any day soon.

It was hilarious when Jagger said "Here's one we could have played at the first Super Bowl" and then performed Satisfaction. They also cooperated with the edit to the lyrics of Start Me Up, thankfully, so I appreciate their performance.

The karmercials were more interesting then the game...so you didn't miss much.
The Stones don't need to retire; they need to take lessons from The Eagles....they all come out on stage, dressed their age, sit on stools and sound the same as when they would jump around...

Collikar,
Went to an Eagles concert a couple of years ago as well... Largest gathering of 40 something year olds I have seen in a long time. You know you're getting old when everyone sits for most of the concert and they allow a potty break/intermission during the concert!
And the DEPENDS concession is making money like gangbusters...not to mention the GERITOL line snaking around the AARP sign-up booth!
At least the Eagles, like the 'Stones, have stood the test of time. When my wife and I went to an Eagles concert a few months ago, our teenagers were jealous of us! Imagine that with us being jealous of our parents going to see someone from their generation.

06 - I feel ya! I remember how steamed we were when mom and dad went to that Andy Williams concert without us!! I still haven't forgiven them.
Cher turns 60 y/o this month.
Her dancing and singing on a DDG (Destroyer) with the Navy was just what the doctor ordered!....OMG

Until Sunday a Hummer was one of my potential "dream car" purchases. It is now officially off my list.
I've had a problem with the Stones ever since "Ruby Tuesday" overtook the Monkees "I'm a Believer" on the 1967 pop charts. Yes, I had some musical "Issues" then. The people I was with on Sunday all agreed that if you're going to have someone old for the halftime show you better dazzle them with more than old songs. We decided that some classic David Bowie with todays light and laser technology would have the potential to be the best halftime show ever.

And what ever happened to the good ol days when we had "Up with People"
Maybe Mick and the boys weren't so bad...
But if we are going to go back in time, how about a heavy metal band - someone like Boston or KISS - that would really know what to do with lights and fireworks...
