I have purchased the Unbreakable abs deluxe edition. It is a very good program. There are various movements that develop strength and explosiveness and none of these are crunches or situps. They are all baseball specific movements. I would recommend it. I am a pitcher and it said "add 10 mph to your fastball". So far i haven't seen that kind of result but have seen difference. Hope this helps
im thinking of purchasing the unbreakable abs program but im worried that because i dont have any gym equipment at my house that i would not be able to do many of the exercises. Can anyone tell me how much of the exercises are done with equipment that i most likely would not have at home.
i have a place to work out yes, but its not like i can haul along a dvd player and tv to the gym to watch the program. I'm asking if there are any exercises that can be done at home with general house items.
dphs, I would recommend learning the program at home with the dvd player and no weight, write down the sets and order to perform the sets and take that to school once you understand the movements and then performing the exercixes there with weight.
